Orders and Shipping
Once your order is placed, we typically process and ship it within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you select during checkout. Domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipments may take longer. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.
To create an account with AXV, simply click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button located at the top right of our website. You’ll be asked to provide your name, email address, and create a password. Once your account is created, you’ll have access to order tracking, past purchases, and personalized product recommendations.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@axvvibrationplate.com. If your order has not been processed yet, we can update your shipping details. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. For your security, we do not store any credit card information. When you make a purchase on our site, payment is processed securely through our payment gateway partners, and your credit card information is not stored by AXV.
Sales tax is applied based on your location and the applicable tax laws. The tax amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. If you are located in a state or region where sales tax is required, it will be added to your total order.
Yes, we ship to a wide variety of countries worldwide. During checkout, you can select your shipping destination to confirm if we can ship to your country. Please note that international shipping may incur additional fees, customs duties, and longer delivery times depending on your location.
In most cases, all items in your order will be shipped together in one package. However, if you’ve ordered multiple items that are shipped from different warehouses, you may receive separate packages. Don’t worry—if your order is split, you will receive tracking information for each package.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging. We’re sorry if you received an incorrect item. Please contact us immediately at contact@axvvibrationplate.com, providing your order number and details of the issue. We’ll take care of the return process and send you the correct item as soon as possible.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. You can reach us at contact@axvvibrationplate.com and include your order number along with photos of the damaged item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue by either issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the address to mail your authorized return. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive the item.

At this time, we do not offer pre-orders for sold-out items. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it becomes available again. Just click the “Notify Me” button on the product page, and we’ll send you an email once the item is back in stock.
